Victor Eng’s first experience in the business world began in the Insurance Industry at a very young age. With no previous sales experience and a lot of drive and determination, he quickly became the youngest person in his company’s history to achieve the highest rank in sales and productivity.

He then applied this experience to the direct sales industry and in a very short time became a top producer outperforming other leaders with much more experience. This successful reputation led him to consult with numerous companies to help them restructure their training and marketing systems. Victor has since compounded his success beyond Direct Sales into traditional business models.

As Executive Director of Zenza Asia, Mr. Eng’s knowledge and experience will be a tremendous contribution to the Zenza Vision.

Hidemi Yoshitani brings extensive field experience as a successful distributor and trainer with Forever Living Products in Japan. Her main emphasis around the importance of product education and application helped her to establish a solid base of satisfied customers as well as distributors.

She then became a Founding Council Member for Synergy Worldwide when it launched in Japan under the leadership of Anthony Diaz. This experience was the catalyst for her to venture into the corporate side of the industry.

As Executive Director of Zenza Japan, Ms. Yoshitani’s responsibilities are to oversee day to day operations as well as sharing the Zenza vision throughout Japan.

Hiroshi Uehara has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah and an education from Oxford University in England and Benjamin N. Cordozo School of Law in New York City.

His corporate experience began as an Assistant General Manager to Forever Living Products in Japan. He then became a Patent Attorney at Tani & Abe, a Japanese Patent Law Firm. This led him to become Assistant Corporate Counsel and Head Project Manager for Japan Relations for Usana Inc. in Salt Lake City, Utah and then Director of Corporate Relations for Destiny Japan.

Hiroshi Uehara brings a wealth of knowledge as the Executive Director of Corporate Counsel and Japan Liaison to Zenza.

John Corbett brings over 32 years of experience in Product Development, Inventory Management, Network Marketing, and Retail Sales. He was responsible for all manufacturing & inventory control for Fortune 500 companies, such as Bausch & Lomb where he was elected as Employee of the Year 1978, Proctor & Gamble where he was elected Employee of the Year 1983, and Johnson and Johnson. This experience led him to Herbalife International, where he worked directly with the founder, Mark Hughes. He was responsible for opening several International Markets for the company during which he also earned employee of the year for 4 straight years. He went on to consult for many other leading companies in their respected fields, such as Life Extension International, Spectrum Chemical, and Emerson Electric.

Mr. Corbett's extensive background, ranging from operations to international logistics, is a tremendous asset to Zenza.

Julia Diaz first entered the corporate world over 25 years ago managing a small start-up construction firm to become one of the fastest growing companies of its kind in Southern California. She then flourished in the legal field over the past 20 years supervising a diverse team of legal professionals with a prestigious medical malpractice law firm in Los Angeles, California.

Although her experience in network marketing as a distributor was brief, her tenacious work ethic and charming personality helped her become one of the top 5 consultants in her area with Southern Living at Home.

Julia's experience and expertise in coordinating all corporate departments and partners will be a tremendous benefit to the future growth of Zenza.

Tracy Dizon has 18 years of experience in the medical field as a Dialysis Technician and Client Care supervisor. Her main responsibility was to put customers at ease and find satisfactory solutions for problems when they arise.

Utilizing her management background and organizational skills, she is responsible for the development and management of the Member Specialist department to ensure excellent customer care and an environment for success. Tracy strives for accuracy and efficiency in data entry and all other customer care issues.

They also contain Vitamin B1, B2, B6, Vitamin E (rarely found in fruits) and more Vitamin C by weight than oranges! Goji berries are 13% protein. People with the flu who took elderberry juice reported less severe symptoms and felt better much faster than those who did not. Elderberry juice was used to treat a flu epidemic in Panama in 1995.
	Cranberry Cranberry's medicinal properties have been recognized for centuries. Cranberries are very high in antioxidants, contain a potent vasodilator which has been used for breathing problems and are well known as a cure for urinary infections.
	Graviola The fruit contains significant amounts of vitamin C, vitamin B1, and vitamin B2. The fruit, seeds and leaves have a number of herbal medicinal uses among indigenous peoples of regions where the plant is common. In the Caribbean it is believed that laying the leaves of the soursop on a bed below a sleeping person with a fever will break the fever by the next morning. Also, boiling the leaves and drinking as a tea helps induce sleep. The tea, fruit, and juice are used medicinally to treat illness ranging from stomach ailments to worms.
	Pear A good source for Vitamin C, an essential antioxidant for normal metabolism and tissue repair. It also helps prevent free radical damage (destructive by-products of the body's metabolic process). Vitamin C promotes healing of cuts and bruises and helps guard against a number of infectious diseases. Pears are also a good source for the mineral Potassium. This important electrolyte is needed for proper heart, nerve and muscle function. It also helps regulate water and electrolyte levels as well as helps maintain carbohydrate and protein metabolism.
	White Grape A new lab study conducted by Italian and US scientists proved that the skin and flesh of white grapes offer as much health benefits and protection against cardiovascular disorders as red grapes.
	Noni In China, Samoa, Japan, and Tahiti, various parts of the tree (leaves, flowers, fruits, bark, roots) serve as tonics and to contain fever to treat eye and skin problems, gum and throat problems as well as constipation, stomach pain, or respiratory difficulties. 	Blackberry The blackberry is actually an ancient fruit, prescribed by the Ancient Greeks for gout, mentioned in the Bible and commonly written about in British folklore. Blackberries are considered to be an astringent because of their high tannin content. Studies show that tannins tighten tissue, lessen minor bleeding, and may help to alleviate diarrhea and intestinal inflammation. German health authorities recommend blackberries for mild infections including sore throats and mouth irritations. Traditionally, blackberries have been used to alleviate hemorrhoids. Scientists have also reported anti-tumor properties associated with tannins found in some varieties of blackberries. 	Raspberry From the times of ancient Greeks and Romans raspberry was used not only as food but as medicine. In Armenian medical practice the raspberries were used against flu, chronic rheumatism and other diseases. The concentrate of the fruit with honey was used against rubella. The fruit is widely used against gum disease, anemia, and stomach- ache, as well as for easing digestion, fever, snake bites and for sobering from drunkenness. In Tibet medical practice the extract and decoction of raspberry fruit are known as cure for a number of neuroses and chronic infections. The extract of raspberry fruits and leaves in Austria was used as vitamin drink, as well as cure against cough. The diuretic and expectoration characteristics of raspberry fruits are proven scientifically.
	Peach Peaches are loaded with vitamin A to combat the effects of aging. Further benefits include B vitamins, folic acid, vitamin C, calcium, fiber, potassium and zinc. 	Hibiscus Hibiscus extract contains many of the same antioxidant compounds as red wine, including flavonoids, polyphenols and anthocyanins, shown in research to prevent the oxidation of low-lensity lipoproteins (LDL), or 'bad' cholesterol.
	Raisin Raisins have been the object of phytonutrient research primarily for their unique phenol content, and are also one of the top sources of the trace mineral, boron, in the U.S. diet. The phenols found in fruit have repeatedly been show to have antioxidant activity and to help prevent oxygen-based damage to cells in the body. Boron is a mineral that is critical to health. Studies have shown that boron provides protection against osteoporosis and reproduces many of the positive effects of estrogen therapy in postmenopausal women. Raisins are among the top 50 contributors to total dietary boron in the U.S. diet. Raisins also promote oral health. The phytonutrients in raisins, specifically one called oleanolic acid, are highly effective in killing the bacteria that cause cavities and periodontal dental disease.
	Grape Skin Grape Skin contains high concentrations of the substance, trans-resveratrol. Researchers have found that this substance is a powerful antioxidant that may help in the prevention of serious infection. According to Northwestern University, the significant amounts of resveratrol naturally present in Grape Skin has beneficial properties, including antioxidant, anti-coagulant, anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogen effects. Research shows that trans-resveratrol may interfere with the development of disease by blocking the actions of carcinogens, inhibiting the initiation and proliferation of diseased cells and causing pre-cancerous cells to revert to normal. Grape Skin also contains proan- thocyanidins, the phytonutrients that provide a high degree of antioxidant capacity that fights free radical damage in the body. These qualities may be helpful in building the immune system and fighting serious malignant disease and other infections.
	Artichoke Artichoke's health benefits have been recognized the world over. The French have long advocated artichoke juice for its use as a liver tonic, and scientists from Japan to Switzerland have noted the herb's abilities to break down fat and improve bile flow. Extracts of the leaves and root are said to be helpful in preventing arteriosclerosis. Artichoke has also been used for jaundice, dyspepsia, liver insufficiency, chronic albuminuria, and postoperative anemia. In some countries, the artichoke is considered an aphrodisiac.
	Bilberry Bilberry is often said to improve night vision, and the story is told of RAF pilots in World War II using bilberry for that purpose. Studies have shown that bilberry can reduce or reverse effects of degenerative eye disorders such as macular degeneration. It may have other beneficial effects on capillaries due to the strong antioxidant properties of its anthocyanidin flavonoids.
	Green Tea The possible health benefits of green tea are attributed to the catechins. These polyphenolic substances are antioxi- dants. EGCG appears to be the most potent antioxidant of all the green tea catechins. Green tea catechins have high antioxidant activity. They may also have anticarcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, anti-atherogenic, thermogenic and antimicrobial activities. It has been suggested that their reported thermogenic effects might be helpful in controlling body weight.
	Hesperidin (Citrus Bioflavonoid) Hesperidin can improve the health of capillaries and connective tissues. Because of this, it has been noted to help with bruising, varicose veins, and fragile capillaries. Other benefits include a purported ability to alleviate hay fever mine. Hesperidin is an important nutrient that works synergistically with Vitamin C to maintain the health of collagen. and other such allergies. Some studies suggest bioflavanoids like hesperidin do this by inhibiting the release of hista- Sagging and wrinkling of the skin is the consequence of the breakdown of collagen.

The herb is said to possess strong antioxidant qualities and is believed to fight free radicals and show anti-cancer and anti-tumor activity. Rosemary is also an excellent stimulant for the circulatory system that not only improves brain function, but has also been used to treat disorders characterized by chronic circulatory weak- ness, such as high and low blood pressure, varicose veins, bruises and sprains. As an effective aid to good digestion, Rosemary gives strength and tone to the stomach, stimulates digestion, and relaxes the smooth muscle of the digestive tract, which helps to calm upset stomach, ease cramps and spasms in the intestines and relieve bloated feelings. It also aids the digestion of dietary fat. Rosemary calms and soothes the nerves, relaxes muscles, eases pain and reduces tension and anxiety throughout the body. Grapefruit forms a core part of the "grapefruit diet", the theory being that the fruit's low glycemic index is able to help the body's metabolism burn fat.
	Resveratrol (Polygonum Cuspidatum) The dried roots of Polygonum cuspidatum, also known as Japanese knotweed, have been used in traditional Japa- nese medicine to treat a wide range of afflictions. This root contains high amounts of Resveratrol which has been shown by Japanese scientific research to reduce tumor size. It has also been associated with lowering cholesterol, reducing the risk of heart disease and having highly beneficial antioxidant abilities.
	Eleutherococcus senticosus This herb is well known for its adaptogenic and endurance enhancing properties. In a clinical trial of 2,100 healthy human subjects given a fluid extract of Eleutherococcus senticosus root there was found to be an increased ability to withstand adverse physical conditions, improved mental alertness, improved work output and improved quality of work in stressful conditions and athletic performance.

	Magnolia-vine Extract Magnolia-vine is a monoecious plant as it has both male and female flowers on each individual plant. This extract enhances local immunity and boosts local blood circulation.
